At Peter’s Inn last night for dinner noticed an awesome picture on their wall:

I inquired about the artist and was pointed to Sam Holden’s Site.

I kept meaning to go take a picture of this and managed to sneak out for lunch today with my camera. There is some sort of other stencil on the other side of this alley but it seemed incomplete. Figure I will check back again when the “artist” makes their return.
